WILLOW & CO \u2013 CLIENT SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS<\/h2>

1. Services
Willow & Co provides personal concierge, lifestyle management, personal assistant,
household support, errand running, organisation, administrative support, event assistance,
travel planning, and related services.
All services are subject to availability and acceptance.<\/p>


2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
\u2022 Provide accurate information required for service delivery.
\u2022 Respond to communications in a timely manner.
\u2022 Provide access, instructions, or documentation where necessary.
\u2022 Treat Willow & Co and any representatives with courtesy and respect.<\/p>


3. Service Requests
All requests will be assessed individually. Willow & Co reserves the right to decline requests
that:
\u2022 Are unlawful or unsafe.
\u2022 Fall outside the scope of services offered.
\u2022 Present unreasonable risks.
\u2022 Require specialist qualifications, licences, or regulated professional advice.<\/p>


4. Third-Party Services
Where bookings or purchases are made on behalf of a client, Willow & Co acts as an
intermediary only.
The client remains responsible for all third-party costs, terms, conditions, and cancellations.<\/p>


5. Limitation of Liability
Willow & Co will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing services.
Liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid by the client unless otherwise required
by law.
Willow & Co shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond
reasonable control.<\/p>


6. Confidentiality
Client information will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.<\/p>


7. Changes to Services
Service requirements may be amended by mutual agreement. Additional charges may apply where the scope of work changes.<\/p>


8. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing written notice.
Any outstanding fees remain payable.<\/p>


9. Governing Law
